Our thin shredded wheat dough is stuffed with freshly grounded walnuts, rolled and topped with sweet melted butter. Baked off and covered with our homemade syrup then covered for a minimum of 24 hours as the product absorbs the syrup. The final result is a sweet tasty crunch on top with a nice soft bottom and interior. A pastry when made correctly is one of the most popular on the islands. 6 per tray minimum one pound plus.
