The king of Greek pastries Our filo dough is layered between freshly grounded walnuts, topped with melted sweet butter and baked to a crispy golden brown. Homemade syrup with fresh lemon, cinnamon sticks and clove is then poured on top. The baklava sits overnight until the pastry has absorbed all the syrup it can. 4 pieces per tray
